Here are four ideas for how to prepare this roasted chicken, use an oven roasting pan with a rack or with an upright poultry cone. Pair it with either one of the red or white wines below.
Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc and Vioguier Blend
Crisp honeyed citrus fruit of Chenin Blanc and the plush body, soft floral and juicy peach notes of Vioguier.
- Southern France: Spray chicken with Cornhusker Kitchen Gourmet Duck Fat and rub with Herbs de Provence, Roast in 350 degrees oven until golden brown and internal temperature is 140 degrees. Baste with pan juices and spray with additional duck fat during cooking.
- Japan: Rub chicken with olive oil and then lightly brush with Iron Chef Orange Sauce Glaze. Bs Pliuake as above. Baste with pay juices and lightly brush with more orange sauce glaze during cooking

- Japan: Rub chicken with olive oil and then lightly brush with Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze. Bake as above. Baste with pan juices and lightly brush with more teriyaki glaze during cooking.
- Chica: Rub chicken with olive oil and then lightly brush with Tyling Hoisin Sauce. Bake as above. Baste with pan juices and lightly brush with more Hoisin Sauce during cooking.
