In the Wohlner's bakery, fresh and natural is how we roll, funneling only the finest ingredients into our signature sourdough hearth loaves and baguettes, our delicious muffins, cakes, cookies and scones.
Our flour is preservative free and a little salt is the only preservative we use in our dough. That means all of our sliced sourdough loafs and baguettes remain fresh and delicious.
